Access for more readers

Accessibility Statement

Door & Dwelling is working toward a publication experience that people can perceive, navigate and understand in different ways.

Our commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our practical benchmark. Accessibility is part of design, writing, media preparation and quality assurance—not a one-time claim.

What we are working to provide

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
  • Visible focus states and logical heading structure
  • Meaningful alternative text and image credits
  • Readable contrast, type sizes and spacing
  • Labels, instructions and useful error messages for forms
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is used

Known limitations

Older content, third-party embeds and documents may not yet meet every target. We prioritize barriers that prevent access and improve templates as the publication develops.

Request help or report a barrier

Use the contact form and select Accessibility. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology used. We will acknowledge actionable reports and work toward a reasonable alternative.
